What are the qualities that attract people most?
There are some qualities in successful people that have attracted others to them and that have contributed to their popularity.
* To begin with, the first most attractive and admirable quality that a person can possess is being balanced in outlook. Such a person is very conscious of her partner’s boundaries and will under no circumstance transgress this, even while maintaining her own. This ensures that the couple lead a healthy lifestyle with respect. This way, each is a complete person with the partner enhancing and supporting every step. This makes for an assertive and not aggressive person and such a person has a magnetic personality. * Being co-dependent makes you less functional or successful. It generally arises because of an unhealthy relationship. You are always eager for approval and appreciation in order to get a boost in your self esteem and often suffer from an identity crisis. People who are magnetic are always independent. * A person who is self confident and who is sure of her abilities to handle any situation, who is capable of tackling even issues she has never handled before and who does not need external stimuli in the form of compliments and who is capable of handling criticism even while complimenting others is a magnetic personality. * A ‘people person’ who is an expert in handling relationships, who is a good communicator, who can resolve conflicts and is good with negotiating techniques is definitely a magnetic personality. * Someone who is open and honest on an emotional level and who also appreciates her partner’s emotional openness surely is qualified to be a magnetic personality. * Being empathetic towards her partner, not being judgemental in the relationship, and not being a control freak certainly makes for a magnetic personality. * Anybody who loves her partner unconditionally even if beliefs and opinions differ sharply, who may disagree with many of her partner’s opinions and still respects and loves him, qualifies to be a magnetic personality. * A person who welcomes change and does not resist it in any way, a person who understands and accepts the need to change as a natural way of life is indeed one who qualifies to be a magnetic personality. * A happy person, someone who is inwardly happy and who is never affected by external circumstances, is a totally inspiring person to be with. * Someone who has a great sense of humour, who is able to laugh even during the most trying times, who is able to deal with the most difficult situations with a light hearted attitude, who is able to see the humor in any situation, who is able to laugh at herself, is indeed a magnetic personality who will have hordes of admirers around her. A person who is gifted with all or even most of the above attributes, is truly a person worthy of admiration and is one who will automatically capture the attention of all those whom she interacts with. This then is the secret of a magnetic personality. The aura around such a person will guarantee compatibility and respect in any relationship and is indeed a magnetic personality in the true sense.

NEW YORK, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- Wall Street saw its biggest one-day-surge Monday after eight days of deep losses that took the Dowdown nearly 2,400 points as the West governments' plans to support the global banking system. The Dow Jones average rose 936.42, or 11.08 percent, to 9,387.61. The Dow's previous record for a one-day point gain was 499.19, or 4.93 percent, on March 16, 2000. The S&P 500 index advanced 104.13, or 11.58 percent, to 1,003.35. It was the biggest point gain ever for the S&P 500 and was the biggest percentage gain for the index since March 15, 1933, when it surged 16.6 percent. The Nasdaq rose 194.74, or 11.81 percent, to 1,844.25, its 10th biggest point gain; during the dot-com boom, the index soared as much as 324.83 in one day. Its percentage gain Monday was second to the 14.2 percent logged Jan. 3, 2001, the same day that the Nasdaq set its record for a one-day point gain. About 3,030 stocks advanced on the New York Stock Exchange, while only about 160 declined. My Dreams
I want to be a teacher when I listen to my teacher carefully. I think I can be a teacher when I grow up. I can help many students learn things well. I can play with my students, too. So we are good friends. I want to be a doctor when I see many doctors save their patients. To be a doctor is really great. I think I can be a doctor when I grow up. Then I can help many people out of danger. I will be the happiest girl in the world. I want to be a reporter when I watch TV every evening. We can get lots of important information from them. They make the world smaller and also make us happy. I would like to be a reporter when I grow up. And I can learn a lot about China and the other countries around the world. I can meet many superstars as well. I have lots of dreams.
