Cheese-Tease Omelet
Cheese-Tease Omelet
Cooking time : 25 Minutes Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 8 eggs 1/2 cup cottage cheese -- creamed 1/2 cup cream cheese -- softened pinch salt 2 packets sugar substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup cream 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons sour cream optional/topping Method: 1-Combine all ingredients except butter and sour cream in a bowl. Beat till smooth. 2-Melt butter in large nonstick omelet pan or skillet. 3-See Basic Omelet recipe and follow directions for cooking. Serve plain or top with sour cream.
