Spicy tortilla wedges

Ingredients ( serves 4 )

- 4 enchilada tortillas (Old El Paso brand), quartered
- 1/2 tsp Mexican chilli powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Arrange the tortillas, in a single layer, over the prepared tray. Sprinkle lightly with chilli powder. Bake in preheated oven for 5-6 minutes or until golden
