  • 500ml (2 cups) soda water

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons milk

Lemonade

Ingredients

Lemonade
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons (approximately 1/3 cup)

Method

  1. Place sugar in a large saucepan with 1 litre cold water and lemon juice. Place over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly for 4-5 minutes or until all the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil then lower the heat. Simmer for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and refrigerate until completely chilled.
  3. Serve the lemonade with plenty of ice and crushed kaffir lime leaves if available.
